Weight loss matters

In a new research study conducted by CSIRO, more than half of respondents with pre-diabetes, Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol reported an improvement in their health conditions after losing weight with the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet. Almost half of those with high blood pressure and sleep apnoea also reported an improvement.

Importantly, the more weight a member lost, the more improvement they saw in their health conditions.

Glenda kicked the medications
