A proven way to lose more weight

The CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet was developed by scientists at CSIRO – Australia’s national government research organisation. The diet was launched in 2005 as a book. In 2015, CSIRO partnered with Digital Wellness, an Australian online health business, as well as the Glycemic Index Foundation (GIF) to create the digital program.
