Easy Tracking Tools

The more you track, the more you lose

Included in your membership to the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet is a suite of tools and trackers that help you get off to a great start and make it easy to lose weight.

Food and Exercise Tracker

At the centre of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet is our easy-to-use Food and Exercise Tracker which contains more than 200,000 foods, meals and exercises.

Our research shows that members who use the tracker lose more weight than members who don't, which proves that tracking what you eat actually works.

This is because understanding what you’re eating every day makes you more aware of your food choices and helps you form lifelong healthy habits. If you're wondering about the nutritional value of something you're eating, simply look it up in the tracker.

Weight Tracker

On a weight loss program, it is imperative to know your weight and how you are progressing. On the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, you'll use our Weight Tracker to keep records of your weight, weigh-in selfies, body measurements and your mood.

The Weight Tracker also includes progress charts where you can see the results of all your efforts so far.

Start Strong Interactive Guide

The Start Strong Guide is an interactive tool that helps you hit all your weight loss milestones throughout your program. It is a simple step-by-step guide that tracks your efforts - like whether you've weighed in this week or logged your meals - to ensure that you're staying focused on what matters.

Our research reveals that the members who put in the most effort at the beginning of the program lose the most weight.
