How the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet can help

In a research study conducted by CSIRO, more than half of respondents with prediabetes, type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol reported an improvement in their health conditions after losing weight with the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet.
