This promotion is conducted by SP Health Co Pty Ltd (ABN 73 123 248 046) and Digital Wellness Pty Ltd (ABN 14 629 478 860) (“the Promoter”).
The Promoter is running a trade promotion in which a number of qualifying orders will be selected at random, and the purchase price of each selected order refunded, as set out below. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are new members, except those excluded under clause 9. For the purposes of this promotion, a “new member” is a person who does not hold a current, active CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet membership at the start of the Promotional Period. This includes former members whose membership has lapsed (been cancelled or expired) and who are repurchasing. People with an active CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet membership are not eligible.
Entries open at 7:00pm AEST, Friday 19th of June 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST, Sunday 21st of June 2026 (“the Promotional Period”).
Only orders placed and successfully paid for within the Promotional Period are eligible. Orders placed before it opens or after it closes are not eligible.
To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotional Period, purchase a CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet membership plan — whether paid upfront or by monthly instalments — through the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet online store. Each qualifying membership purchased via the registration page is automatically entered into the draw. No separate entry fee applies, and the product price is the Promoter’s standard / EOFY price — not increased for entrants. Orders that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, charged back, or that fail payment are not eligible and will be removed from the draw.
Five (5) qualifying memberships will each win a prize to the value of that CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet membership, up to a maximum of AUD $550 per winner. For winners who paid upfront, the prize is provided as a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. For winners on a monthly or other instalment plan, the prize is provided as an account credit to the same maximum value, applied to their membership payments as they fall due, so that the equivalent value of their membership is provided free.
The total prize pool will not exceed AUD $2750.
No prize is transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash beyond the refund described. If a winning order included any separate discount, credit, or gift card, the refund is limited to the amount actually paid by the entrant.
The draw will take place at 10:00AM AEST on Monday 22nd of June 2026 at 65 Walker Street, North Sydney / “the Promoter’s premises”. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random selection process. Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
Winners will be notified by email to the address used for their order within 2 business days of the draw. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to contact each winner. Winners are not published publicly unless the winner consents.
Each prize will be processed within 5 business days of the draw — for upfront winners as a refund to the original payment method, and for monthly or instalment winners as an account credit applied to their membership. If a prize cannot be processed (for example, the original payment method is no longer valid or the membership has been cancelled) and the winner cannot be contacted or does not provide the details needed within 14 days of first notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw for that prize. Any redraw will follow the same process as the original draw, and will occur no later than 3 months after the original draw. The Promoter will keep records of the draw, notification attempts, and any redraw.
Employees, contractors and directors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, anyone involved in conducting this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win.
Personal information collected for this promotion is collected by the Promoter and handled in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law. It is used to conduct the promotion, including identifying and contacting winners. Entrants can contact the Promoter at [email protected] to access or correct their information.
The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law). If this promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval, modify, suspend or end it. All advertising and these terms are intended to be accurate and not misleading as to prize value, eligibility, chances of winning, or closing time.
This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
