Your weight loss journey isn’t something you have to go through on your own. Research shows1 that support from a health professional gives you the best chance of succeeding in weight loss. That’s why CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet members have access to Total Wellbeing Health Coaches during their program.   

Total Wellbeing Health Coaches    

All Total Wellbeing Health Coaches are university-trained Accredited Practising Dietitians and trusted members of Dietitians Australia (DA). They also know the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet inside out, and can answer all your program, nutrition and weight loss questions.  

Total Wellbeing Health Coaches will also help you identify your goals and ensure they’re aligned with your lifestyle, and they’ll help you stay motivated and on-track during your weight loss journey. 

What can you expect to get from a Total Wellbeing Health Coaching session?  

Total Wellbeing Health Coaches are here to support you on your journey. Each session is tailored to you, your experience and your lifestyle. Here are some of the things you can expect from a session:   

  • Weight loss advice tailored to you. 
  • Feedback of your progress on the program.  
  • Guidance on how to make the most out of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet.  
  • Answers to your questions about the 12 Week Program and meal plans.   
  • Motivation and accountability to stay on track.  
  • Advice around realistic weight loss and how to handle and overcome obstacles.  

Meet our Head of Health Coaching, Pennie McCoy  

Pennie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, member of Dietitians Australia and our resident Facebook Live presenter. Pennie has over 15 years experience and talks to members every day about their questions, concerns and thoughts about weight loss, health and wellbeing.

Any current member of CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet can access a Total Wellbeing Health Coaching session. Members enrolled in the Premium Program and in Program 2 have two sessions included in their membership. 

Members not enrolled in either the Premium Program or Program 2 can still book sessions for an additional fee. Just go to your member home page, click My Health Coach, then Purchase Sessions.
