  • Rolled oats, raw, 100 g
  • Wheat bran flakes, 3 tablespoon(s)
  • Milk, low-fat, 1 cup(s)
  • Pear, 2 medium pear(s), grated
  • Ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon(s)
  • Chobani Low Fat Greek Yogurt, any flavour, 2 cup(s)
  • Frozen mixed berries, 300 g, frozen or fresh

Method

Place oats and bran flakes in a bowl. Pour over the milk. Combine the pear, nutmeg and half the yoghurt. Stir into the oat mixture. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to soak.

When ready to eat, divide between 4 bowls. Top each with remaining yoghurt (50g) and 75g berries. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg if desired.

TIP: Bircher muesli will keep for 5 days. Place oat mixture into an airtight container and store in the fridge. Add remaining ingredients when ready to eat.
