  • Chicken breast, lean, baked, 100 g, sliced
  • Baby spinach, 1 handful(s), shredded
  • Tomato, ½ medium, sliced
  • Red onion, ¼ medium, sliced
  • Carrot, ½ medium carrot(s), grated

Method

In a small bowl, mix the cayenne, black pepper, and lemon juice through the avocado. Spread it over the wrap, then layer your chicken and salad ingredients.
