  • Chickpeas, canned, no added salt, 1 x 400g can(s) (drained)
  • Curry powder, 1 tablespoon(s), mild

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced) and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat dry with paper towel. Place chickpeas in a bowl and add curry powder, tossing well to coat. Spread chickpeas evenly over the prepared tray and bake for 45 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray.

These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
