  • Extra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoon(s)
  • Garlic, minced or crushed, 2 teaspoon(s)
  • Ginger, minced or crushed, 1 teaspoon(s)
  • Beef fillet, lean, raw, 300 g, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms, 2 cup(s), chopped, halved
  • Green beans, frozen, 4 cup(s)
  • Soy sauce, salt-reduced, 2 teaspoon(s)

Method

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the garlic, ginger and beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until brown. Add the mushrooms, beans and soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes, or until beans are just tender.

Divide stir-fry between two serving bowls and enjoy.
