Method
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the garlic, ginger and beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until brown. Add the mushrooms, beans and soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes, or until beans are just tender.
Divide stir-fry between two serving bowls and enjoy.
