Place the chocolate in a small heatproof bowl set over a small saucepan of gently simmering water, making sure the base of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from the heat, keeping the bowl over the saucepan.
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Combine the coconut, marshmallow and almonds in a small bowl.
Using their green tops to hold, dip one strawberry at a time into the melted chocolate, then immediately dip into the coconut mixture to coat. Place on the prepared tray. Chill for 20 minutes or until set firm. Serve chilled.
