Method
Gently melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth, then mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.
Fold through the bran sticks so they are evenly coated in the chocolate mixture.
Spoon the mixture into six muffin cases, pressing lightly to shape, then top each with 2 to 3 fresh (or frozen!) raspberries.
Place in the refrigerator until set and firm, then enjoy.
