  • Mixed grain bread, 1 slice(s), toasted
  • Avocado, 20 g
  • Tomato, 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Chives, 1 tablespoon(s), finely chopped
  • Balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoon(s)
  • Black pepper, ground, 1 pinch(s)

Method

Poach eggs to your liking.

Spread cottage cheese over the toast.

Add avocado, tomato, chives and balsamic vinegar.

Top with the eggs, season with black pepper and serve.
