This fresh, fruity smoothie is a great option for busy mornings when you don’t have time for a sit-down breakfast.

  • Reduced-fat milk, 2% fat, 2 cup(s)
  • Low-fat yoghurt, any flavour, 400 g, vanilla
  • Frozen mixed berries, 2 cup(s)
  • Oat bran, unprocessed, 2 tablespoon(s)

Method

  1.  Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into four glasses and serve.
