  • Chobani Low Fat Greek Yogurt, any flavour, 340 g
  • Natural muesli, with dried fruit, 70 g
  • Strawberries, ¾ cup(s) whole, sliced
  • Passionfruit, 2 medium, pulp only
  • Mixed seeds, 1 tablespoon(s), unsalted
  • Latte, low-fat milk, 1 large takeaway cup(s)

Method

Spoon 1/3 cup yoghurt into the base of two 1 ¼ cup capacity glasses or jars. Top with 1 ½ tablespoons muesli, sliced strawberries and 1 tablespoon of passionfruit.

Repeat the layers, finishing with remaining yoghurt, strawberries and passionfruit.

Sprinkle each with 2 teaspoons of seed mix

TIP: you can use just pepita, sunflower or sesame seeds instead of the premix if you like. If you have time, try toasting the seed mix, by spreading onto a baking tray. Toast in 180°C fan forced oven for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
