A complete breakfast in itself, a smoothie is a quick and easy way to get the day started with minimal fuss.

  • Rockmelon, 2 cup(s), chopped
  • Banana, 1 medium
  • Milk, low-fat, 1¼ cup(s)
  • Low-fat yoghurt, any flavour, 125 g
  • Honey, 1 tablespoon(s)
  • Wheat bran flakes, 4 tablespoon(s)
  • Ground cinnamon, 1 pinch(s)

Method

  1.  Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
