Membership to the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet grants access to all our programs, including Fast Start and Health Condition-specific programs.
You can choose to pay upfront or on a monthly basis but only upfront plans are eligible for our refund offer^.

- All our plans (unless stated otherwise) renew at the end of the contract onto the same terms.

Fast Start Meal Replacements
Add a Fast Start Starter Pack to your order to receive 42 meal replacements to kick start your weight loss. The Starter Pack contains 14 chocolate, 14 vanilla, 7 coffee and 7 strawberry shakes.
The kit costs $129 excluding shipping, which is calculated depending on your location (shipping rates).
Health Coaching sessions
For extra support on your journey, add 1-on-1 sessions with one of our Health Coaches to your order. The sessions costs $149 for 3 online meetings.
