1. Promoter

The promoter is Digital Wellness Pty Ltd, trading as the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet (“Promoter”).

The Promoter is responsible for administering the prize draw, validating entries and notifying winners.

HBF Health Limited is responsible for fulfilling the prizes, including purchasing and arranging delivery of the Garmin watches and grocery e-gift cards.

2. Prize draw period

The prize draw opens at 12:00 am AWST on 4 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AWST on 24 November 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”).

To qualify for the draw, entrants must register for the webinar, watch the live session or recording, and complete and submit the post-webinar feedback survey before the closing date and time.

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current HBF members and meet the entry requirements below.

Employees of Digital Wellness Pty Ltd and HBF Health Limited, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter may request evidence of an entrant’s age, Australian residency and current HBF membership to verify eligibility.

4. How to enter

To enter the prize draw, eligible entrants must:

1. Register for the HBF and CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet webinar, Stronger for longer: How to eat for energy, muscle, bone and heart health.

2. Watch either the live webinar on Tuesday 17 November 2026 at 5 pm AWST / 8 pm AEDT or the webinar recording before entries close.

3. Complete and submit the post-webinar feedback survey by 11:59 pm AWST on Tuesday 24 November 2026.

Live attendance will be verified using webinar attendance records.

For recording viewers, a recorded click on the designated webinar recording link will satisfy the viewing requirement for this prize draw. No minimum viewing duration applies.

Entrants must provide sufficient contact details to allow the Promoter to verify completion of the entry requirements and contact them if they win.

Digital Wellness will match registration records, live attendance records or recording-link clicks, and survey completion records to validate entries.

Registration alone, viewing alone or survey completion alone does not constitute a valid entry.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Watching both the live webinar and recording, clicking the recording link more than once, or submitting the survey more than once does not provide additional entries.

No purchase or enrolment in the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet program is necessary to enter.

5. Prizes

There are three Active Essentials prize packs available. Three separate winners will each receive one pack.

Each prize pack has a total value of AUD $700, including delivery, and comprises:

One Garmin watch

• Model: VivoActive 6.

• Watch value: AUD $550.

• The winner may select their preferred colour from the confirmed available options.

• Available colour options: Pink dawn, Jasper green, Bone/Lunar gold, Black/Slate.

• Colour selection is subject to availability.

One grocery gift card

• The winner may choose a gift card from Woolworths, Coles or ALDI.

• The gift card value will equal AUD $700 less the AUD $550 watch and the delivery costs for that winner’s prize pack.

• Delivery costs will vary depending on the winner’s nominated Australian shipping address and will be deducted from the $700 prize pack allocation.

• The final gift card value will be the remaining balance after the watch and delivery costs have been deducted.

• Gift card format: e-gift card.

• The winner receives one supermarket gift card, not a gift card for each supermarket.

The combined value of the three prize packs is AUD $2,100, including delivery.

Each winner may receive a maximum of one prize pack.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Gift cards are subject to the selected issuer’s terms and conditions, including any expiry dates and redemption restrictions.

If a prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. Any substitution will not reduce the confirmed value of the winner’s prize pack.

6. Prize draw

The three winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.

Draw date: Thursday 3 December 2026.

Draw time: 12 midday AWST.

Draw location: HBF, 570 Wellington Street, Perth, WA 6000.

The first three valid entries drawn will each receive one Active Essentials prize pack.

The prize draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

7. Winner notification and prize acceptance

The winners will be contacted by a member of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet team using the contact details provided with their entry within two business days of the draw.

Winners have four weeks from the date of notification to respond and claim their prizes. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.

Winners will be asked to confirm their preferred available watch colour, supermarket gift card and Australian delivery details. These details will be shared with HBF Health Limited to arrange prize fulfilment.

If a winner is found to be ineligible, or a prize remains unclaimed after the applicable four-week claim period, an unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted, subject to applicable law.

Unclaimed prize redraw date: Thursday 7 January 2027.

Redraw time: 12 midday AWST.

Redraw location: HBF, 570 Wellington Street, Perth, WA 6000.

Any replacement winners will be selected randomly from the remaining valid entries, excluding entrants who have already won a prize pack.

Replacement winners will be notified within two business days of the redraw and will have four weeks from notification to claim their prizes.

The winning entry reference numbers and corresponding prizes will be published on the prize draw terms and conditions page for at least seven days following the initial draw and any unclaimed prize redraw.

Each entrant with a valid entry will be provided with their entry reference number so they can identify their entry in the published results.

8. Prize delivery

HBF Health Limited is responsible for purchasing and fulfilling the prizes, including arranging delivery of the Garmin watches and grocery e-gift cards to the winners.

The watch will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

PO boxes are not accepted for watch delivery.

The supermarket e-gift card will be delivered to the email address nominated by the winner, subject to the selected issuer’s delivery arrangements.

Expected prize fulfilment timeframe: HBF will fulfil each prize within 28 days of the winner responding to their notification and claiming their prize.

Delivery costs are included within the AUD $700 allocation for each prize pack and will be deducted when determining the grocery gift card value.

HBF Health Limited will confirm the delivery costs and final gift card value before arranging fulfilment.

Winners are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

9. Privacy

By entering the prize draw, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to:

• Administer the prize draw.

• Verify eligibility and completion of the entry requirements.

• Contact the winners.

• Coordinate prize fulfilment with HBF Health Limited.

Validation may involve matching webinar registration details, live attendance records or recording-link clicks, and survey responses.

Winners’ names, contact details, delivery addresses and prize preferences will be shared with HBF Health Limited for the purpose of purchasing and fulfilling the prizes.

Winning entry reference numbers and corresponding prizes will be published as described in section 7.

Personal information may also be disclosed to service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the prize draw or fulfil prizes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and, where collected or received by HBF Health Limited, HBF’s Privacy Policy.

Entering the prize draw does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, tampered with or otherwise not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance or use of a prize.

Participation in the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
