The Total Wellbeing Lifestyle Plan is a 24-week lifestyle program that provides you access to the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet and 15 Total Wellbeing Health Coaching Sessions with an Accredited Practising Dietitian.

To be eligible for the program you must be a member of CBHS and have Hospital cover with all relevant waiting periods served. You must have a BMI of >25 and a chronic health condition that would benefit from weight management. (Prediabetes, joint pain, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol).
