Total Wellbeing Health Coaches
Meet your Total Wellbeing Health Coach from the comfort and privacy of your own home! All coaching sessions take place online via secure video conference (such as Skype). Health Coaches also offer out of hours sessions, so you can choose a time that’s convenient for you.
All of our Total Wellbeing Health Coaches are university-trained Accredited Practising Dietitians and trusted members of Dietitians Australia (DA). They also know the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet inside out.
During a Health Coaching session, you can expect to get answers to all your program, nutrition and weight loss questions. Plus, your coach will help you with motivation, goal-setting and overcoming any barriers to weight loss.

What is the difference between the Premium Program and the regular online program?
The Premium Program includes everything from the regular online program, with the addition of extra support. With Premium, you will receive three coaching sessions with a Total Wellbeing Diet Health Coach, plus a hard copy of our popular CSIRO Complete Recipe Collection cookbook!
Am I still eligible for the refund if I sign up to the Premium Program?
Absolutely! Members who join the Premium Program are still eligible to receive the $199 refund if they adhere to our science-backed criteria. You can learn more about that here.
What can my Health Coach help with?
All Total Wellbeing Health Coaches are university-trained Accredited Practising Dietitians and trusted members of Dietitians Australia (DA). They also know the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet inside out, and can answer all your program, nutrition and weight loss questions.
Total Wellbeing Health Coaches will help you identify your goals and ensure they’re aligned with your lifestyle, and they’ll help you stay motivated and on-track during your weight loss journey.
Is the CSIRO Complete Recipe Collection cookbook an ebook or a hard copy?
Hard copy. Once you've signed up to the program our team will send you a copy of the book to the address you listed during registration. You don't need this to start the program though! Once you've joined you will have immediate access to the online program to allow you to shop, get mentally prepared and familiarise yourself with the website. If you don't want to start right away, you can choose a date up to 7 days in the future.
Are Fast Start Shakes included in the Premium Program?
No, they are not included in the Premium Program. A pack of 42 Fast Start Meal Replacement Shakes are included in our Fast Start Program. Otherwise, Fast Start Shakes can be bought when joining at checkout and can be used in with the Premium Program.
