What is high blood pressure?

Your blood pressure describes the amount of blood your heart pumps and the amount of resistance to blood flow in your arteries. The more your heart pumps and the narrower your arteries, the higher your blood pressure. High blood pressure means the force of blood flowing through your blood vessels is too high.

I have multiple health issues, which program is best for me?

Does the program include an exercise plan?

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Do I still need to see my doctor?
