Indulgences are one of the best-loved food groups of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet. Your menu plan contains one daily Indulgence such as a small portion of chocolate, chips or a glass of beer or wine.
For maximum flexibility, you can save your Indulgences for special events or something fun on the weekend.
