Another quick and easy pie, this one uses garlic and sage chicken as its filling. The addition of fresh peas and lemon gives it a lift.
Method
TIP: Add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs such as flat-leaf parsley, chives or sage to the chicken mixture before baking.
