A great way to use in-season fruit, these yoghurt pops are a winner for young and old alike. Use any combination of fruit and yoghurt that you have on hand. They will keep for up to 2 weeks in the freezer.

  • Mango, 400 g, diced
  • Low-fat yoghurt, any flavour, 560 g, passionfruit
  • Artificial sweetener (aspartame), powder, 3 tablespoon(s)
  • Lemon juice, 2 tablespoon(s), optional

Method

  1. Place the mango in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Add the yoghurt and sweetener and process until combined. Taste and add lemon juice if desired.
  2. Pour into eight popsicle moulds and insert the sticks. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

TIP: If you don't have popsicle moulds, pour the mixture into small paper cups, cover with plastic wrap and poke an ice-cream stick through into the yoghurt. To eat, simple remove the plastic wrap and peel away the paper cup.
