  • Banana, ½ medium, frozen
  • Beetroot, peeled, boiled, 50 g, chopped
  • Raspberries, frozen, 0.3 cup(s)
  • Cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon(s)
  • The Complete Dairy High Protein Milk, Light, 1 cup(s)
  • Greek yoghurt, low fat, 100 g
  • Rolled oats, raw, 25 g
  • Chia seeds, 3 teaspoon(s)

Method

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, then serve. 

HINT: If preferred, this smoothie will work without the beetroot.

TIP: You may like to add a teaspoon of honey if you have any daily indulgences to spare.
